EU Logo for Online Sellers of Medicines

To help EU citizens identify trustworthy sites, an EU-wide logo will appear on the websites of online retailers that are registered in an EU Member State to sell medicines online. In the UK, this falls under the jurisdiction of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), who hold a register that contains all websites that are authorised to sell medicines online. You can use this register to check if a website is legally allowed to sell medicines to the public. If you think a website is selling medicines illegally you should tell MHRA by reporting them here.

Our registration number is C48280 which can be checked here, or by clicking on the logo in the footer of our site. This logo verifies that we have been approved to sell prescription only medicines.

If you have any concerns, you contact the MHRA:

Problems with non-regulated websites

Non-regulated websites may supply fake, inactive or even toxic medicine or medicines produced in substandard conditions, which may be ineffective or dangerous. Prescription medicines should only be issued by a doctor after a consultation has been carried out, so if you are able to purchase such a medication without any checks then the website you are purchasing from is operating illegally and is putting your health at risk.
